The strategies adopted by the Kenyan government to fight HIV clearly are not working .example issuing condoms in institutions of higher vlearning is encouraging students to indulge in sextual activities when in real sense those condoms can burst or be worn wrongly and this can contribute to the spread.

  36. Though we are appreciating our government for good work, but most of their strategies are not working instead they incresing the transmission of HIV and AIDS in the country. 1.use of condoms- is this a way of preventing the spread of hiv or they are encouraging to have sex?on my side this to encourage people to have sex any howly, because the more they will use condoms the more they will assume and instesd they do it without condom because they have 2.free ARVs-yes it is good to offer them free but the more they are free the more transmission of HIV will increase.Because most people are ignorance they will say there is free ARVs they would mind doing sex because ARVs are free,if the government would charge this ARVs the people would stop doind sex because most pf them are not able to purchase them.BY FAITH
