various social, cultural and economic foctors that greatly influence the spread and individuals high risk of acquiring infection of HIV/AIDS ,the doctors that drive to the present state living of Africa ranges from social, political,environmental and physical and foctors such as deprivation and poverty where by prevention of HIV is not a priority to some individuals since there are other basic needs in daily struggle.also asexually transmitted diseases created laisons and rupture membrane thus enhancing transmission of HIV and AIDS from one partner  to the other since people living with sexully transmitted diseases have high risk of infection than those without.on the social economic development poverty is a contributory foctor to the spread of HIV and AIDS this is through lobour migration, urbanization and cultural modernization resulting in separation of family members leading easy accessibility to sex workers,also ignorance of traditional values such as abstinence and Fidelity. Low status of women in the society also facilitated infection and spread of HIV and AIDS such as prostitution or involvement in sexual matters just to cater for children some traditional values, beliefs and attitudes by many African communities towards HIV and AIDS say that HIV does not exist but just scaring while others discourages educating children on matters about HIV and AIDS because their cultural values does not allow them to talk about HIV and AIDS openly leading to ignorance which facilitate infection and spread of HIV and AIDS, others discourages the use of condoms or any other contraceptive while others belief that HIV and AIDS is a punishment from God ,traditionally people value norms more than health thus they do not allow sexualities to be mentioned or discuss thereafter this leads to ignorance on education about HIV and AIDS to young people making them lack knowledge on how to prevent or avoid infection.
