Abstain Abstain Abstain

SYNAIDER IRAMWENYA KHACHIRA.DCD _01_0205/2018.HIV/AIDS EPIDEMIC.            The Global HIV/AIDS  Epidemic. The history of HIV/Aids epidemic began in illness, fear and death as the world faced a new and unknown virus. However, scientific advances, such as the development of anti retroviral drugs, have enabled people to live long and healthy lives with Hiv. HIV is believed to have started in the world in the year 1981.
The first case of HIV in Kenya was detected in 1984 and by the mid 1990's.It was one of the major causes of mortality in the country, putting huge demands on the healthcare system as well as the economy.
Kenya's HIV epidemic affects most of its general population but groups of men who have unprotected sex with men, women, sexworkers and people who inject drugs are still most vulnerable to infection. However female sex workers are reportedly better at protecting themselves from HIV transmission compared to other groups.Research shows that in Kenya most people with HIV got infected through unprotected sexual intercourse.Kenya has the joint fourth_largest HIV epidemic in the world in terms of the number of people living with Hiv.
Actually to speak the truth of my mind.Hiv has become adeadly disease day in day out.And now its a high time for everybody to stand up and fight against it (Hiv). The world plans to stop to stop the spread of Hiv/Aids by 2030 though l don't know how,and also the UN has an ambitious plan to stop the global Hiv/Aids epidemic in its tracks, and we are really waiting to see how this is going to work.
It feels so sad to see many of our people die due to Hiv/Aids,when we can prevent this. And for me l think the best way to stop the spread of Hiv/Aids is by Abstainance.Hiv/AIDS is real my country people.Let's all Abstain, and if we can't abstain please use condoms.Let us all fight this killer disease.Let us Abstain.Abstain!! Abstain!!Abstain!!.
